30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back before receiving return approval from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification
- Products without original packaging or missing parts

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, color, or size, please return your original item after approval and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
The item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In the original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund process.
