What’s Included in Your Acoustic Slat Wall Accessory Package?

When your acoustic slat wall accessory order arrives, it should be easy to identify each item and prepare for installation. This guide explains the standard package contents, what may vary by model, and how taxes and import charges are handled.

What is included in the package?

Each standard retail package is prepared to include the following:

• The accessory you ordered: the selected hook, shelf or storage accessory in the quantity shown on the product page and order confirmation.
• Paper box: a protective paper box suitable for storage and transport.
• Installation instructions: a printed guide showing the recommended fitting and safety steps for the selected model.
• Installation tool or hardware kit: the model-specific tool, fastener or fitting components required for the intended installation method.
• Protective packing material: paper-based cushioning or an insert used to reduce movement during air transport.

Please note: The exact contents of the installation kit can differ between models. The product page and your order confirmation take priority if a particular accessory has different included components.

What is not included?

• Acoustic wall panels or wood slat panels are not included unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
• Decorative objects shown in lifestyle photographs are not included.
• Large household or power tools are not included unless they are specifically listed with the product.

Checks to make before installation

1. Confirm the model, colour and quantity against your order confirmation.
2. Check that the instructions and the model-specific installation parts are present.
3. Read the complete installation guide before fitting the accessory.
4. Measure the clear gap between the adjacent wood slats. For compatible products, the supported range may be 12–20 mm. This measurement refers to the gap width, not the thickness of the wood slat.
5. Test the fit carefully before placing valuable or heavy items on the accessory.

Are taxes, VAT and customs duties included?

At present, the prices listed on our store are tax-exclusive. Product prices do not automatically include VAT, sales tax, customs duty, import tax, brokerage fees or other local charges.

• If a tax amount is calculated and shown separately at checkout, that displayed amount is collected as part of your order total.
• If VAT, customs duty or another import charge is not shown and collected at checkout, it may be charged later by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
• The applicable amount depends on the delivery country, order value, product classification and local regulations.

International orders are arranged for air transport under the store’s current shipping method. A shipping charge shown at checkout covers shipping only and does not, by itself, mean that VAT or customs duties are included.
