Where we ship

We currently ship to the European destinations available at checkout: Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland. We do not accept orders to destinations that are not available in the checkout country list.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If an item cannot be dispatched within this period, we will contact you using the email address supplied with the order.

Delivery estimates

• Standard international delivery: normally 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: normally 3–7 business days after dispatch when an express option is offered at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available delivery services and their charges are shown at checkout before payment. When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email address used for the order after dispatch.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Applicable taxes, shipping costs and other charges collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment. If local authorities assess import duties, taxes or handling charges that were not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Address changes and failed delivery

Please check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if a parcel arrives damaged, email zhangpingluo219@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the order is lost, damaged or incorrect, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional delivery cost to you.
