By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Product information and compatibility

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and scale can vary by screen. Acoustic slat wall panels vary between manufacturers, so you are responsible for checking the stated gap size, measurements and compatibility guide before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and payment is authorised. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the shipping address is unsupported, information appears incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices are displayed in the store currency. Applicable taxes, delivery costs and other charges collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed by the payment methods offered at checkout, including PayPal and eligible cards processed through PayPal.
