Return & Refund Policy

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in the condition received and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email zhangpingluo219@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before we provide return instructions and the approved return address.

Return shipping costs

• Change of mind or compatibility mistake: the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: SLAT ADDONS pays the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

Refunds

We inspect returned items after they arrive. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund, contact us at zhangpingluo219@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different size or product is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange the correction.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept items that have been installed, used, altered or damaged after delivery, custom-made items, or gift cards, except where the item is faulty or applicable law provides otherwise.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom cancellation rights

If your order is delivered in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may cancel an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. This statutory right is in addition to our 30-day return period and does not limit any rights you have for faulty goods.
